This session will introduce educational leaders, teachers, and coaches to the new EL Education 6th-8th Grade Crew Curriculum. Together we will explore how Crew serves as a vehicle for authentic student experiences of belonging, purpose, and agency in schools and classrooms and how Crew aligns with the EL Character Framework. Participants will learn about the elements of the Crew Curriculum, experience the rhythms and structures of Crew practices, and apply their learning to consider how Crew can support school and classroom culture and drive student achievement in their local school communities.
